You get paid, and your items receive a second life. We manage the entire selling process for you. Simply choose your items, place them in a bag or box, and leave them at your doorstep. Request a pick-up, and SellBuddy USA will handle the rest. Only top-quality items in good condition are listed for sale, and nothing goes to waste. All unlisted goods benefit top charities. Request PickUp Important Information

When requesting a pick up for your donations, please include the pick up address, phone number, date and time of the request, as well as your preferred electronic payment method when the sale is made (Zelle or Cashapp). A representative will contact you prior to the pick up to ensure a smooth process. You will be notified once the pick up is completed.

SellBuddy USA Terms & Conditions

By submitting items to SellBuddy USA, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Authorization to Sell

You authorize SellBuddy USA to act on your behalf to market and sell your items across applicable resale platforms. While SellBuddy USA will make every reasonable effort to sell submitted items, including clothing donations, there is no guarantee that any item will sell.

Item Handling & Documentation

SellBuddy USA agrees to act with integrity when documenting the item count. You acknowledge and agree that SellBuddy USA is not responsible for lost or stolen items while in possession of your goods. You may request an in-person inventory of items and provide pricing preferences.

Pricing & Offers

Pricing decisions are generally determined by SellBuddy USA based on comparable items (“comps”) across online resale platforms unless otherwise agreed upon. You agree to allow SellBuddy USA to accept reasonable offers to facilitate the sale of your clothing donations. Reasonable offers, determined by SellBuddy USA, may be made to protentional buyers to expedite sale.

Payout Percentage & Payments

By using SellBuddy USA's services, you consent to the agreed-upon payout percentage. Profits are based on the final amount paid after e-commerce site fees. Payouts are issued monthly for items that have sold and cleared through the resale platform.

Sales Timeframe

You acknowledge that items may take time to sell and agree to allow SellBuddy USA up to 180 days to sell your items. After this period, you may request to retrieve your items from SellBuddy USA's business location or agree to donate them to SellBuddy USA.

Rejected or Unlisted Items

Not all submitted items will be listed for sale. If SellBuddy USA determines that certain items, including clothing donations will not be listed, you must request to retrieve those items. If you choose not to retrieve them, you may elect to donate the items to SellBuddy USA. Request to retrieve items must be made within 30 days of submission of items.

Advance Payouts

In certain situations, SellBuddy USA may issue a payout before an item has sold. This may occur when an item is highly desirable, and SellBuddy USA anticipates a strong likelihood of future sale and does not wish to delay customer compensation. Such advance payouts are made at SellBuddy USA's discretion.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting items to SellBuddy USA, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
